Designaire Components has a long history of component supply to the Somerset West cabinet industry. This family business recently upgraded their wrap door manufacturing facility to a high pressure machine system.

Vacuum only based wrap door machines have proven their ability in the South African Market with Woodtech leading the way from the very beginning. Needless to say though, wrap doors produced on a high pressure wrap machine are still the gold standard for quality in the industry.

The high pressure process ensures consistent results. The added pressure gives good product definition, but the most important aspect is the quality of the glue bond that is created. High pressure wrap puts up to four times more pressure of the adhesive ensuring that the contact to the primer on the back of the PVC is absolute.
